The
Arab Patrol is the official escort of the Illustrious Potentate and his Divan. We are also the honor guard for El Jebel Shrine.
We are a marching parade unit and participate in competitions at Shrine conventions.
The
Arab Patrol
is a social unit with parade privileges. Goal: To form a solid
cooperative body of Nobles which the Potentate can depend upon
to perform services on behalf of El Jebel Shrine
and the nobility.

Back dress shoes,
special shirts, gloves, ties, Fez pins, jackets, caps, etc. |

The basic
uniform is provided at no cost. |

| EL JEBEL'S Arab
Patrol was the first unit be formed, in 1901. The Patrol has great from its very beginning. Its first Captain, R. H. Kincaid drilled the team so well that in 1902 at the Imperial
Council Session, San Francisco, they won first prize among all the patrols competing.

| Our Arab Patrol is at almost every EL JEBEL function where they parade and drill
with precision in their striking uniforms. They continue to often place high in
competitive sessions. |
